The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing product lifecycle and stakeholder engagement within banking and insurance sectors. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong proficiency with MySQL and SQL Server for data management.
• Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira.
• Solid knowledge of product design principles and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and project management.
• Proven experience with end-to-end product lifecycle in banking or insurance sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Define and manage product requirements and backlog using Scrum practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions.
• Participate in project planning and sprint reviews.
• Implement best practices in product design and data management.
