Initium Software, con sede en España, busca un Solution Architect especializado en ServiceNow HRSD para liderar la integración y evolución de plataformas de HR a escala global.Ubicación: Europa / Remoto, con disponibilidad para LATAM.Serás referente técnico, diseñando arquitectura de integración, mentorizando equipos y proponiendo soluciones disruptivas.Se requiere CIS-HRSD y CSA, 3+ años en HRSD, y experiencia con Workday/SAP/Oracle.#J-*****-Ljbffr
