JOB REQUIREMENTS Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment within the translation or localization industry. Deep understanding of localization lifecycles, internationalization (i18n) readiness, and translation quality evaluation (TQE) processes. Practical experience working with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools (such as Smartling, Phrase, XTM, or Crowdin). Strong capability in coordinating virtual, diverse teams of linguists and localization vendors across multiple global time zones. Solid experience managing project budgets, scope-of-work changes, and financial tracking systems. Experience utilizing bug-tracking and project management systems (such as Jira and Confluence) to track linguistic errors, validation feedback, and project tasks. OTHER SKILLS Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex operational requirements. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail. High level of resilience and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight turnaround times and budget constraints. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, resolve disputes, and maintain collaborative relationships with both external clients and global suppliers.
