Job description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will support the continuous improvement of quality systems, uphold regulatory compliance such as HACCP standards, and contribute to delivering safe, reliable products to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, proficiency with precision measuring instruments, and experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing environment., * Perform routine quality and food safety checks in alignment with HACCP, GMPs, and facility standards.

  • Enforce and uphold HACCP Plan requirements, GMPs, and ARED expectations throughout daily tasks.
  • Partner with Production and QA teams to ensure product specifications and compliance are maintained.
  • Navigate and utilize plant programs including TPM, Galaxy, S4Hana, Bullseye, and Kleanz.
  • Accurately document inspections, verifications, and audit results using digital systems.
  • Use computer systems such as SAP, Excel, and Word; scan barcodes and manage electronic records.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to leadership regarding deviations, trends, or issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Production and FSQA departments.
  • Follow all company safety, food safety, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations in product, process, or documentation.

  • Ability to interpret and apply food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMPs, ARED).
  • Solid computer proficiency including data entry, digital documentation, and navigation in SAP and other plant systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
