Identify and isolate anything suspicious before it becomes a problem

Conduct sanitation audits, GMP inspections, and equipment testing

Collect and analyze quality data (yes, spreadsheets count as detective work)

Maintain HACCP and QA records with accuracy and detail
-
Help improve processes and reduce waste
Requirements
-
Love details and staying organized
-
Enjoy solving problems and improving processes
-
Can confidently communicate with production teams
-
Believe food safety matters BIG time
-
Know your way around GMPs, HACCP, SQF, or are eager to learn
-
Are comfortable using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
-
Work well independently and with a team
-
Have food manufacturing or bakery experience (bonus points)
What You’ll Need
-
High School Diploma required
-
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field preferred
-
QA or food industry experience is highly valued
-
HACCP Certification - or willingness to obtain it
-
Knowledge of statistics, SPC fundamentals, and lab skills is a plus
