Job description

  • Du bist fĂźr den Support beim Kunden vor Ort verantwortlich
  • Du bist zuständig fĂźr die Behebung bei StĂśrungs-/Fehlermeldungen im Ticketsystem
  • Du kĂźmmerst Dich um die Installation und um den Aufbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Detaillierte Dokumentation der Abeitsvorgänge und Erstellung von LĂśsungskonzepten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Techniker/Systemelektroniker o.ä
  • Kenntnisse in der Benutzung von Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit PC-Hardware und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • IT Know-how im Bereich Fehleranalyse-/korrektur
  • Optimalerweise besitzt Du einen FĂźhrerschein (Klasse B/BE)
