Job description

  • Support im Second-Level beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Entsprechende Dokumentation mittels Ticketsystem
  • Störungsmeldungen einordnen und bearbeiten
  • Installation und Einrichtung (PC-Hardware, Desktops, Peripheriegeräte)
  • Auf- und abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, * Du erhältst bis zu 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Wir bieten Dir eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge
  • Auch eine 35 Stunden Woche ist bei uns möglich
  • Du bekommst auf Wunsch ein E-Bike zur privaten Nutzung
  • “Du” Mentalität und sehr kurze Entscheidungswege

Requirements

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker / IT-Systemkaufmann / IT-System Elektroniker oder eine ähnliche IT-relevante Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Windows 10 Betriebssystemen
  • Du kannst mit professionellen Trouble Ticketsystemen umgehen
  • Know-how im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Großkundenumfeld
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gutes Englisch
  • Du besitzt eine Führerschein (Klasse B)
