IT Support Specialist (Healthcare)

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for: PCs and laptops, Printers and peripherals, Operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Support users remotely, by phone, and onsite.
• Escalate advanced technical issues to Tier 2 teams when necessary.
• Perform PC deployments, imaging, and hardware installations.
• Configure printers, workstations, and IT equipment.
• Travel between campuses and offsite healthcare locations.
• Support healthcare users in hospital and clinical environments.

• 3-8 years of IT support / desktop support experience.
• A+ Certification is required.
• Experience supporting: PCs and laptops, Printers and peripherals, Windows operating systems.
• Experience with: IT hardware deployments, PC imaging and setup, End-user device support.
• Experience working in: Hospital, Healthcare, Clinical or Medical environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between campuses.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills., * Military background
