Job description

  • Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und Employee Central Service Center
  • Durchführung der monatlichen technischen Entgeltabrechnung sowie Umsetzung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und betrieblicher Regelungen im SAP-HCM-System
  • Begleitung von SAP- und SuccessFactors-Upgrades, Durchführung von Testreihen und Beantwortung operativer Anwenderfragen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Systemkonfiguration weiterer SuccessFactors-Module (z. B. Time Tracking und Recruiting)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalwesen oder IT bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Kenntnissen in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in SuccessFactors Employee Central sowie in SAP HCM, inklusive Customizing
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Entgeltabrechnung, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
