Warehouse Maintenance Inventory Clerk

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for supporting inventory operations and maintaining efficient stockroom and warehouse functions. This role helps ensure materials, parts, and supplies are properly received, tracked, stored, and distributed to support operations., * Assist in handling daily inventory operations for maintenance and warehouse support

• Process inventory orders and maintain accurate inventory records
• Log items received into inventory and track materials removed from stock
• Move products between stockroom, warehouse, and designated operational areas
• Inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and damage
• Verify purchase orders have been filled correctly
• Identifying damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments and coordinate resolution
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure efficient inventory flow
• Support inventory counts and inventory control procedures
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or concerns to leadership
• Assist with general warehouse and stockroom duties as needed

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, The ideal candidate will have prior inventory or parts management experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining organization and accuracy., * 1-4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or similar support roles

• Experience with parts inventory procedures strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
