Job description
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in The Woodlands that is undergoing a major HRIS transformation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in evaluating, selecting, and implementing a new HRIS platform while optimizing existing processes. You’ll report directly to the Director of HR and collaborate with a developing HRIS team-bringing both technical expertise and strategic guidance to a system transition that will shape the future of HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the HRIS selection process, including RFP development and vendor evaluation
- Drive or assist with full-cycle HRIS implementation (evaluation ? configuration ? rollout ? optimization)
- Configure and customize HRIS systems to align with business needs and workflows
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance through ongoing auditing and monitoring
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making
- Manage integrations (APIs) between HRIS and other business systems
- Provide end-user support and training across HR and business teams
- Partner with HR and IT on system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Support post-implementation stabilization and system transitions
Current Project Spotlight The organization is transitioning from Paycom to a new HRIS platform, with systems under consideration including:
- Workday
- SAP
- ADP
- Rippling
- Oracle
This role will be instrumental in helping guide the RFP process and driving a successful transition.
Requirements
Required:
- 5-7+ years of HRIS experience
- Proven experience with HRIS implementations from start to finish
- Hands-on experience with RFP processes and system selection
- Strong backend configuration expertise
- Experience supporting audits, system transitions, and HRIS projects
Preferred:
- Experience with Paycom (current system)
- Background in HR (vs. IT-focused profile)
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

Benefits & conditions
Additional Details
- Full-time, onsite (Monday-Friday)
- Minimal travel (<15%)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
