Job description

Act as senior technical advisor during client and prospect engagements and presentations Partner with the EVP and Business Development Managers to identify and develop technology opportunities Develop proposals, manage pipeline activity, and support bid responses and RFP strategy

Strategic Leadership & Client Solutions

Lead the company’s Integrated Guarding conversion and technology expansion strategy Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for client engagements and innovation initiatives Establish performance metrics, forecasting methodologies, and ROI indicators for growth and retention Manage subcontract and supplier relationships; serve as Project Manager as needed

Security Engineering & Solutioning

Develop infrastructure topologies, statements of work, and technical documentation using Visio and mapping platforms Provide technical oversight on RFP responses, proposals, and solution qualification efforts Research emerging technologies and lead pilot programs and innovation initiatives

Requirements

US citizenship preferred At least 18 years of age Must be able to acquire and maintain the required level of DoD Security Clearance Willingness to travel routinely Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background investigation and drug screen, Minimum 5 years of sales leadership, client solutions, or integrated security experience within the security industry Demonstrated success in client-facing technical engagements and strategic solution development Strong background in security systems, architecture, and integrated technology solutions Knowledge of integrated security technologies: access control, CCTV, video analytics, remote monitoring, intrusion detection, and alarm systems Familiarity with UL2050 security criteria and relevant standards for defense, intelligence, and nuclear environments
