Job description

  • Serve as the primary Test Engineering focal point supporting MFP manufacturing operations
  • Lead integration, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing test infrastructure and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, system-level test failures across hardware, software, and network environments
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement scalable, long-term corrective actions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and global sites) to deliver solutions
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize manual processes
  • Support global operations across multiple time zones, ensuring rapid issue resolution and continuity
  • Design and scale future-ready test frameworks to support emerging platforms (e.g., GPU, high-performance systems)
  • Improve manufacturing turnaround time, yield, and test stability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, system integration, or related field, * Strong experience with hardware/software integration in manufacturing environments
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex system-level issues (hardware, software, networking)
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing or production operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with server, storage, or GPU-based systems in a manufacturing/test environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing test infrastructure
  • Strong background in process automation, scripting, or tooling development
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones
  • Familiarity with root cause methodologies, yield improvement, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
