Job description

Responsible for facilitating Scrum processes, ensuring timely sprint execution, and supporting cross-functional SAP teams. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices Track sprint progress and remove impediments Coordinate with SAP teams (SD, MM, FI/CO, S/4HANA) Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting Maintain Azure DevOps and track deliverables

Requirements

Experienced Scrum Master with SAP knowledge to drive Agile delivery for S4HANA project., 10+ years total experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master Basic SAP knowledge (SD/MM/FI, S/4HANA) Scrum certification preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps) Key Competencies Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills Ability to drive accountability and delivery Effective collaboration across teams and with client stakeholders
