Job description

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Full Stack Developer with strong experience designing and building AI-powered autonomous applications, LLM-based workflows, and intelligent agents, combined with full-stack development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will drive AI-first engineering initiatives by building scalable enterprise applications, integrating LLMs, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications and AI-powered workflows.
Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Llama) and AI application development.
Expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgVector), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Strong Full Stack development experience with:
Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices
React, TypeScript, Redux
REST APIs and enterprise integrations

Experience with SQL Server, database optimization, and high-volume data processing.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines., Strong understanding of secure coding practices, software architecture, and cloud-native development.

Experience building enterprise AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.

Preferred Skills

Python experience for AI automation and backend services.
Experience integrating AI solutions with financial systems, ERP platforms, or business applications.
Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI platforms.
Experience mentoring teams in AI-first software development practices.
