Software Development and Integrations Lead

We’re looking for a technology-forward, hands-on leader who enjoys building, improving, and supporting business applications and integrations while connecting technology to real business outcomes.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership from concept through delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to lead various projects while remaining highly involved in architecture, development, integrations, continuous improvement initiatives, and application support. At its core, this is a role for someone who loves solving business problems through software, automation, and integration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive continuous improvement across applications, integrations, automation processes, and business workflows
• Design, build, and enhance internal applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and technology capabilities across the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Respond to data inquiries and help users understand system behavior
• Build trusted relationships across the business as a technical advisor and problem solver
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Hands-on in technical delivery
• Understanding of application lifecycle, patch management

Software Development & Technical Leadership

• Strong background in software development, application management, and solution delivery
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting business applications
• Ability to lead projects and technical initiatives from requirements through implementation

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Hands-On Engineering Experience This person must have personally built and supported solutions, not simply managed teams. Experience with:

• Web application development
• API development and integrations
• Data integration, ETL processes, and automation solutions
• Troubleshooting and debugging production issues

• System architecture and technical problem-solving Integration & Data Expertise

• Experience integrating applications and platforms through APIs, services, and data workflows
• Strong understanding of how data moves between systems
• Ability to identify and resolve data quality, synchronization, and performance issues

• Experience building scalable and maintainable integration solutions SQL & Data Management

• SQL development and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to analyze, validate, and optimize large datasets and integrations

• Comfortable explaining technical findings to business users Core Technologies
