Network and Computer Systems Administrator (24x7 Operations) (5457) (TS/SCI CI Poly) (Ft. Bragg, NC)

SMX is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to provide 24x7 operational support for classified enterprise systems and mission networks. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident response, break/fix support, configuration management, patch management, and system availability for critical Army mission systems., * Provide 24x7 operational support for enterprise systems.

• Perform system monitoring and health checks.
• Respond to outages and service interruptions.
• Execute break/fix activities.
• Implement patches and security updates.
• Maintain system configurations.
• Support change management processes.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues.
• Document incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering teams during maintenance windows.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise IT operations.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with VMware.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise networking.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs.
• Security+ CE.
