Data Scientist - Agentic AI

We are seeking a Data Scientist to support the build of an agentic AI layer on top of a Contact Intelligence platform. This role focuses on shifting users from dashboards to natural language interaction, enabling them to ask questions, generate reports, and retrieve insights through a conversational AI experience.

Day-to-day, this person will design, build, and optimize AI agents and LLM-powered workflows, working across data, product, and engineering teams to turn business questions into scalable AI solutions. Heavy focus on productionizing agentic systems and improving how users interact with enterprise data.

Experience building and evaluating agentic AI systems

Hands-on with agent frameworks

Strong Python & SQL

Experience with LLMs/GenAI

Experience with GCP (or other cloud providers)

Experience with Google ADK

Strong communication & ability to translate to business stakeholders
