Momentum ERP Functional Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead strategy and transformation workstreams for finance transformation programs within Deloitte’s GPS practice. You will develop analyses and recommendations for senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional delivery, aligning decisions and actions to client goals. You’ll support onsite growth initiatives and contribute to high-impact finance modernization programs. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy and transformation workstreams from planning through execution * Develop analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership stakeholders * Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions, actions, and deliverables * Support onsite implementation of growth and transformation initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or business operations * 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams and stakeholder deliverables * Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in a business environment * Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain a SCI * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship * Must be willing to be onsite in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time Key requirements *
