Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications) using Appian 17.x or later.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity, leading small-to-medium development teams.
• Proven experience delivering mission-critical applications within federal or highly regulated environments.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer (ACD-301) strongly preferred. Active Appian Senior Developer certification with a clear, immediate path to Lead will be considered.
• Proficient in SQL/Relational Databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Strong, hands-on experience with Agile software development. Security & Compliance

• U.S. Citizenship Required: Required due to federal contracting requirements.
• Must be able to pass a government-sponsored background investigation.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Active clearance highly preferred). -Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, Section 508, and records management compliance.
