Job description

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 SAP Basis support for AMS engagements.
  • Monitor and maintain SAP landscapes to ensure system availability and performance.
  • Manage transport requests, user administration, and routine Basis operations.
  • Troubleshoot SAP Basis issues and support patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely incident and service request resolution.

Requirements

  • SAP Basis Administration
  • SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP NetWeaver & STMS
  • SAP HANA / Oracle (basic knowledge)
  • Linux/Unix
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
