IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide dedicated onsite technical support for a high-volume testing center in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with strong desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on expertise with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and networking., * Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS systems.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, device provisioning (Autopilot), and user account management.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and printers.
• Document technical issues, maintain support records, and ensure minimal system downtime.
• Support additional Client’s locations when required.

• 4-6 years of Desktop/IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PC Hardware.
• Hands-on experience with Networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apple macOS and Oracle client applications.
• Device provisioning using Windows Autopilot.
• A+ and/or Network+ Certification.
• Knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
