Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Embedded Android Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software for our cutting-edge Android devices. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is committed to innovation and excellence., * Design, develop, and implement embedded software for Android devices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Utilize QCM, QCS, and QCOM tools to ensure optimal performance of devices.
  • Drive CTS/VTS/GTS compliance to ensure quality and performance of devices.
  • Implement and customize Android HALs to meet specific requirements.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specifically with Android and embedded systems.
  • Strong knowledge of QCM, QCS, Linux Kernel, Java, and Python.
  • Proven experience driving CTS/VTS/GTS compliance.
  • Experience with Android HALs and QCOM tools.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.
