Job description

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex STEP configurations, workflows, and integrations to support enterprise data management initiatives.
  • Provide production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance data quality and governance.
  • Lead platform enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain cutting-edge capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and support materials to facilitate efficient service delivery and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Our client, a leading organization in data management and enterprise solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior STEP Developer (Stibo STEP MDM/PIM) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior STEP Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing the company’s Master Data Management and Product Information Management platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit that aligns with the organization’s commitment to innovation and excellence., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in MDM/PIM solution development, with strong hands-on expertise in the Stibo STEP platform.
  • Proficiency in workflow development, web UI configuration, JavaScript Business Rules, and data modeling within STEP.
  • Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data governance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades in production environments.
