Order Desk/Sales Support Specialist

• Monitor inbound calls and route them to the appropriate team members
• Answer general inquiries and provide information about our products
• Assist clients with tile selection and navigating their options
• Respond to sales emails and draft quotes using Shopify and QuickBooks Online
• Connect potential clients with the appropriate sales rep for nurturing and relationship building
• Help clients place orders and process them using Shopify
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems (Salesmate a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to read floor plans and calculate square footage a big plus
• Knowledge of or passion for tile, building materials, and interior design
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed, * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
