Job description

  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analysis to support pay decisions for hires, promotions, adjustments, and equity reviews.
  • Support salary structure administration, job evaluation, and FLSA reviews to maintain market-aligned pay ranges.
  • Build and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and data models to support HR and business decisions.
  • Assist with annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonuses, and incentive planning, from setup through post-cycle audit.
  • Maintain and audit compensation data in HRIS systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.
  • Support HRIS testing, system updates, data uploads, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, HR, and Recruiting to resolve compensation and system issues.
  • Assist with survey submissions, pay equity reporting, compliance audits, and workflow improvements.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business unit leaders and HR teams by serving as a reliable resource for compensation guidance, pay decision support, and total rewards education.
  • Assist with job classification reviews, workers’ compensation code alignment, and job description updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with UKG Pro or another HRIS platform.
  • Experience with compensation tools such as Payfactors, WTW, Mercer, or similar survey platforms.
  • Knowledge of compensation fundamentals, FLSA, pay equity, and salary structure administration., * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in compensation, HRIS, HR analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, lookups, large data sets).
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and summarize findings clearly.
  • High attention to detail, strong confidentiality, and solid organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across HR, Payroll, and business teams.
