Job description

Maintain, support, and enhance theEpic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)application with a focus on community connect configuration.
Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality.
Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements.
Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation.
Provide PB-related data analysis to support key revenue cycle initiatives and operational performance.
Contribute Epic subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects requiring PB configuration knowledge.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experiencesupporting or configuringEpic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
Epic PB certification or accreditation required.
Preferred experience with:
Community Connect Configuration
Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows
Estimates
Reporting/SlicerDicer
PB Workqueues (Credit, Charge Review, Follow-up, etc.)
New department build
Charge Capture/Charge Router

Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle processes, and payer requirements.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
