We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organization on a large-scale Epic Revenue Cycle program and are seeking experienced Epic Certified Resolute Application Analysts to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Whether your expertise is in Professional Billing (PB), Hospital Billing (HB), or both, you’ll play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Epic Revenue Cycle applications that directly impact patient care and financial operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Epic professionals on meaningful projects while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% remote position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure, build, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute applications.
• Support Revenue Cycle workflows, including charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, payment posting, billing edits, workqueues, and collections.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, testing, and production support.
• Support Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
• Maintain application documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• ACTIVE Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) Certification OR ACTIVE Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Epic Resolute applications
• Experience with Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and production support
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates certified in both Epic Resolute PB and HB are highly preferred.
• Experience with additional Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
• Experience working within large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, SQL, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, or Caboodle.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments., * Resolute Professional Billing Certification? (Required)
• Resolute Hospital Billing Certification? (Preferred)

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
