Job description

- Build and configure Workqueues (WQs), including criteria, routing, prioritization, ownership, and workflow logic.
- Configure and optimize charge-related workflows, including charge routing, charge review, charge adjustments, and charge overrides.
- Build and configure workflows supporting claims processing, billing, reimbursement, payment posting, denials, and adjustments.
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and workflow redesign projects.
- Perform configuration validation, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and determine whether the root cause is related to configuration, workflow, or system behavior.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate Epic solutions.
- Document build specifications, configuration decisions, testing results, and workflow changes.
- Support go-live activities and post-production optimization when required.
