Job description

Provide hands on IT site support in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
Support Windows & macOS devices, peripherals, printers, and common applications
Troubleshoot network, server, printer, and device issues independently
Handle break/fix tickets, escalations, and service requests end to end (SLAs/SLOs)
Support local servers (file/print, app connectivity, permissions)
Deploy and image devices using SCCM or similar
Participate in site infrastructure projects, upgrades, and rollouts
Create documentation and occasionally train peers/end users
Provide IT support for warehouse tech (HHUs, VMUs, Zebra/Lexmark printers)

Requirements

8+ years deskside / site support experience (manufacturing or warehouse strongly preferred)
Strong Windows OS experience (Windows 10/11, basic Server familiarity)
Working knowledge of macOS & iOS (Apple support experience required)
Hands on networking experience o Installing/troubleshooting switches, cabling, printers, endpoints
Server familiarity o File & print, permissions, basic security, connectivity issues
Experience with SCCM (or similar) for imaging and deployments
Understanding of Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Manufacturing or warehouse IT background
Apple heavy support experience (especially for creative or branding teams)
Experience supporting: o HHUs / VMUs o Zebra & Lexmark printers o Microsoft Teams Rooms
Infrastructure project leadership experience (multi site a plus)
Change / Problem Management experience
Monitoring tools experience
Certifications: o MCSA / MCSE o Dell or HP warranty/repair certs
Exposure to Azure, AWS, Active Role Server
