IT Field Service Technician

This is a dynamic, field-based position - not a desk job. Every day brings new environments, new systems, and new challenges. You will gain experience across multiple disciplines within IT and low-voltage technologies.

Our services include:

• Desktop and end-user support
• Network deployment and troubleshooting
• Data management and recovery
• Structured cabling (Cat6, fiber, data infrastructure)
• Data center support
• CCTV and access control systems
• Audio/visual installation and control systems

This broad exposure allows our technicians to develop a well-rounded skill set and become capable of supporting a wide range of business environments.

You will work with retail, hospitality, commercial, manufacturing, and government clients, providing installation, support, repair, and infrastructure design services.

Do you have experience in macOS?, Whether you are transitioning into IT, currently pursuing a degree, recently graduated, or looking to grow your technical career, we are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a long-term future in the technology industry., * Reliable transportation to travel to client sites

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
• Experience with desktop support and IT assistance
• Familiarity with networking concepts (VPNs, firewalls, switching)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in field environments
