Job description

Our Enterprise Resource Planning Support team is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning Developer to develop, enhance, and support Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications. In this role, you’ll design technical solutions, develop integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient ERP services that support the CalPERS mission.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025).   • Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Experience - Experience developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
  • PeopleTools and Technical Development - Proficiency with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, Oracle Database, and system integrations.
  • Production Support and Troubleshooting - Experience resolving production issues and providing ongoing application support.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience with system design, development, testing, implementation, and change management.
  • Communication and Collaboration - Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
