Job description

Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Oracle HCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with a primary focus on Talent Management and Compensation. This role serves as a strategic advisor to HR, Total Rewards, and business leadership teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness and employee experience., * Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focused on Talent Management and Compensation

  • Serve as the Oracle HCM subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on system capabilities, roadmap planning, and solution architecture
  • Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards teams to evaluate and optimize business processes
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud security configurations, workflows, approvals, and system controls
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and architecture reviews
  • Design and oversee integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, and related technologies
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions
  • Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, perform impact analysis, and recommend system enhancements
  • Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices
  • Provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale Oracle HCM initiatives and system transformations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Architect capacity
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM security, configuration, and data architecture
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementations and transformational initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Experience supporting global organizations and complex compensation structures
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
