Job description

  • Design and deliver AI agents to automate Finance workflows like period-end close and GL reconciliation
  • Architect a governed agent platform with observability and compliance to SOX audit requirements
  • Build integrations with financial systems, creating data pipelines for reporting
  • Define engineering patterns ensuring traceability and compliance for agent actions
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury leaders as a technical partner, translating workflows into engineered solutions

Requirements

  • 12+ years of backend software engineering experience with large-scale production systems
  • Proven deployment of LLM-based applications with evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in multi-agent orchestration and workflow management
  • Financial systems literacy, especially in SOX-controlled environments
  • Ability to operate autonomously in non-engineering organizations, setting technical direction
  • Responsible use of generative AI with a focus on human oversight and measurable improvements
