MarTech Platform Specialist

The MarTech Platform Specialist serves as the organization’s Adobe Journey Optimizer expert and senior campaign builder. This role acts as the escalation point for complex journeys, troubleshooting, platform optimization, and advanced campaign design. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer experience and can develop solutions for complex customer orchestration challenges., * Configure and manage: o AEP data models, schemas, and identity resolution o Event-driven triggers across channels

• Support advanced scenarios: o API integrations (third-party channels, messaging platforms) o Real-time personalization and decisioning

• Troubleshoot platform-level issues and edge cases
• Enable teams to leverage: o Content systems (Knak integration) o Dynamic content delivery frameworks

• Expert-level experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex journey orchestration experience
• Marketing automation platform expertise
• Deep understanding of customer journey execution

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Real-Time Customer Profile experience
• Edge segmentation and edge compute experience
• API and integration experience
• Customer Data Platform knowledge
