Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer - Amazon Connect IVR Automation to lead testing and automation efforts for a cloud-based contact center platform built on Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IVR testing, Cyara automation, Amazon Connect contact flows, Node.js automation frameworks, AWS integrations, and REST API testing.

This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases across multiple environments., * Design and execute comprehensive QA strategies for Amazon Connect solutions.

Build and maintain IVR automation suites using Cyara.
Develop and enhance Node.js automation frameworks.
Validate Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, prompts, Lambda integrations, and Lex bots.
Test customer authentication, transfers, callbacks, and self-service workflows.
Validate REST APIs and backend integrations.
Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Analyze defects and collaborate with development teams.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Improve automation coverage and release quality.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ Years QA

3+ Years Amazon Connect / IVR Testing, * Walk-in Drive on August 7 (In-Person Interview Mandatory)

Candidate must be able to attend the interview in New York
Strong Amazon Connect experience is mandatory
Hands-on Cyara automation experience is mandatory
Node.js automation framework development experience required, * 5+ years of Software QA
3+ years of Amazon Connect / IVR Testing
Test Automation
Contact Center Applications
Agile Development, * Bachelor’’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of Software QA experience.
3+ years of IVR or Contact Center testing.
Hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
Strong Cyara automation expertise.
Node.js automation framework development.
REST API testing experience using Postman.
Agile/Scrum experience.
