Application Support Analyst - Utilities

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting utility platforms such as ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management systems, along with advanced SQL/PLSQL skills and expertise troubleshooting production issues in a 24x7 environment.

• Experience supporting Energy & Utilities applications

• Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills

• Production support, debugging, and log analysis experience

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data flows

• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Utility industry experience highly preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
