Job description

Support, maintain, and administer enterprise business applications, primarily Tyler Munis and ERP systems

Manage application upgrades, configurations, security roles, and user access
Provide daily application support and troubleshoot system issues
Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
Manage integrations between applications and SaaS platforms
Extract and manipulate data using Microsoft SQL Server for reporting and integrations
Develop reports using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI
Support API and web service integrations
Create and maintain application documentation and procedures
Conduct user training and provide end-user support across departments
Participate in on-call support rotations
Ensure application environments are up-to-date with upgrades and patches
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams on escalated issues

Requirements

Required to have strong experience with Tyler Munis, ERP platforms, and UKG Time & Attendance

Must possess excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of application support, systems analysis, or ERP support experience
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (SSO), IIS, and Microsoft technologies
Must be able to convert to permanent employment without sponsorship
Onsite role in Delray Beach, FL; contract-to-hire position
