Requirements * 5-8 years of experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, payroll module

Deep understanding ofPayroll Processing, US Taxes and Payroll Accounting
Understanding of End-to-End integrations between HR, Compensation and Payroll
Creation and maintenance of Elements and the Fast Formulas associated
Elements is specific to Payroll Module
Use of Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract and OTBI, BI Publisher
Tablesused in Oracle HCM for support and reporting needs
People that worked on EBS platform of Oracle (on prem) will have this
