We are seeking a Software Engineer (Advanced) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale software engineering, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications across heterogeneous environments., * Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one technology and design technique, contributing across large-scale programs.

• Engineer solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure environments for firm-wide initiatives.
• Lead and coach teams in Agile frameworks and foster high-quality engineering practices.
• Implement and advocate for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, cloud-native patterns, resiliency, and security by design.
• Provide technical coaching in at least one core skill and elevate engineering standards across teams.
• Assess emerging technologies and trends, and influence their application to meet business objectives.
• Represent the firm through knowledge sharing such as talks or publications, as appropriate.

• Expertise in Java and Springboot.
• Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, toolchains, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, security, and resiliency engineering.
• Demonstrated coaching, mentorship, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with SQL relational database
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in AI across: agentic workflows, agent delegation, analysis, and conversational prompting
