Lead Java Developer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, and modern engineering practices and a proven ability to design, build, and coach teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable solutions., * Design and implement scalable applications across large, multi-OS environments.

• Lead and coach teams in Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
• Apply CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, resiliency, and security techniques.
• Influence technology choices by evaluating trends and advocating best-fit solutions.

• Expertise in at least one core technology and design technique.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle and toolsets.
• Strong grasp of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test-Driven Development.
• Hands-on cloud development with focus on resiliency and security.
• Proven coaching ability in at least one technical skill and Agile leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Recognition as a firm-wide or community resource, including public speaking or publishing.
• Experience operating across large-scale, multi-environment programs.
