ERP Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (ERP)

• Partnering with business users and IT teams to validate requirements and deliver successful projects
• Developing and executing functional test plans to ensure system enhancements perform as expected
• Supporting ERP break/fix issues, reporting requests, and user support through the support desk
• Training employees, support staff, and customers on new functionality and business processes
• Recommending creative solutions that improve ERP functionality and business efficiency
• Serving as a trusted functional resource for business partners and fellow team members

• Able to do the job as described
• 3 - 7 years of experience in this type of role.
• Experience with Infor SX.e, TREND, Lawson, Eclipse, or similar ERP platforms
• Background in industrial distribution or manufacturing
• Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes
• Familiarity with data query tools such as Pro2SQL
• Understanding of ERP configuration, business process flows, and system security
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across both business and IT teams

Compensation range $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, plus an outstanding benefits package.
