Business Systems Analyst Manufacturing ERP

• Key liaison between manufacturing operations, plant users, and the IT team, helping to understand business needs, improve processes, and maximize the value of its ERP technology.

Travel and hybrid office work must have valid Enhanced ID or Passport Card, * Requires experience working with manufacturing ERP systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes., * 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• 2+ years experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes and operations.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and manufacturing/plant personnel.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn business processes and technology.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing locations approximately once per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor Visual ERP.
• Experience with shop-floor or manufacturing operations.
• Exposure to production planning, work orders, estimation, or job-shop manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP configuration, optimization, enhancement, or continuous improvement.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or related business systems.
• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
• Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing organization.
