Job description

Reporting to the Vice President of Data Platforms, this role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of deep technical platform strategy, modern AI, and outsized business impact. You will architect a trusted, scalable, multi-cloud (Azure + AWS) data foundation that is truly agent-ready.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for Adobe’s Data Platforms.
  • Own a bold multi-year roadmap that dramatically improves reuse, velocity, trust, and leverage across the enterprise.
  • Identify highest-leverage opportunities, drive decisive prioritization, and translate complex needs into clear direction and measurable metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture leaders to define direction, build prototypes, and ensure scalable technical design.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to accelerate adoption and create exponential value.
  • Design platform capabilities that simplify complexity and make trusted, governed data instantly accessible and actionable.
  • Represent the product vision with clarity and conviction to senior leaders, balancing innovation, scale, speed, and long-term health.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team, raising the bar on craft, technical depth, and influence.
  • Define agentic software engineering capabilities that use AI agents to automate pipelines, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Lead agent-ready data access layers - including ontologies, governed catalogs, real-time context, and embedded AI safety mechanisms - so agents can responsibly act on trusted data at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing products in cloud-native data platforms, AI/ML platforms, analytics, or agentic AI systems is required. You must have deep exposure to modern lakehouse architectures like Databricks on Azure and AWS or equivalent.
  • Hands-on expertise in modern data platform use cases, data engineering, AI development, real-time systems, and agentic practices.
  • Proven experience with AI data governance (catalogs, ontologies, lineage, access control, and responsible AI safety frameworks).
  • Strong understanding of modern platform architecture: telemetry, pipelines, observability, metadata, experimentation, agent orchestration, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure, and responsible AI principles.
  • A track record of defining and scaling complex technical platforms that deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Deep engineering partnership experience on architecture, prototypes, and fast-paced technical development.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing product teams and leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced technical education is a plus.
