Job description

As the platform scales across ~8,000 stores and tens of thousands of connected devices, maintaining reliability and uptime is critical.

This Product Manager will focus on asset management and operational reliability across in-store systems (e.g., fuel dispensers, card readers, IoT devices)-ensuring issues are identified and resolved before they impact the customer experience or revenue.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for an early-to-mid career product professional who enjoys solving real-world, system-scale problems in a highly visible environment.

  • Own product initiatives tied to asset monitoring, alerting, and optimization across store systems

  • Build visibility into device/system performance (e.g., dispensers, payment hardware) to proactively detect failures

  • Define and implement alerting logic and monitoring frameworks using transaction and system data

  • Partner with engineering to deliver tools that improve uptime, reliability, and maintenance response

  • Collaborate with store operations and maintenance teams to understand issues and translate needs into product requirements

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Drive backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and KPI tracking

  • Help scale systems to support a rapidly growing store footprint (7K+ stores and expanding)

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
