Job description

SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity with our client, an Arizona state agency. This is a 100% onsite position providing desktop and technical support for end users in a professional enterprise environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop and end-user technical support.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Configure peripherals including printers, monitors, and mobile devices.

  • Respond to support requests and document resolutions.

  • Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and replacements.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting internal users.

Requirements

  • Experience providing desktop or technical support in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.

  • Experience with Active Directory, account administration, or ticketing systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
