TELECOMMUTE Test Lead or Engineer

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad to simulate load, stress, and endurance testing.

• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues and ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain and update performance test scripts and scenarios as required to reflect changes in the application.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Neoload updates and best practices, and incorporate them into the testing process.

8 to 10 years of experience in performance testing.

• At least 4-5 years of recent hands-on experience with Neoload.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and lead.
• Strong experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery testing.
• Familiarity with other performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and analysis tools.
