Job description

  • Deliver engaging lesson plans that cover essential computer concepts, and software applications.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
  • Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Stay current with technological advancements and integrate new tools into the curriculum as appropriate.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students needing extra help with course material.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop interdisciplinary projects that incorporate technology across various subjects.

Requirements

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Day Computer Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves teaching various computer-related subjects to students of different skill levels, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in today’s technology-driven world., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Perferred knowledge of Blackboard
  • Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to engage students of varying skill levels and foster an inclusive learning environment.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Benefits & conditions

$18 - $20 an hour - Full-time
