Job description

  • Own end-to-end connectivity for third-party AI tools, ensuring secure and seamless integration
  • Design and evolve the architecture for AI integration, defining standards for onboarding new vendors
  • Build and manage custom MCP servers that connect internal tools to AI solutions
  • Lead incident response for high-impact integration issues, driving thorough troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Automate integration processes using scripting and APIs to enhance connector management and monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with security and infrastructure teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows
  • Mentor and guide engineering team members, sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with production services or platform integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Strong programming skills in backend languages like Python, Go, or Java
  • Deep expertise in authentication and authorization methods such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
  • Strong systems design and troubleshooting skills across various service layers
  • Experience in building and integrating APIs, especially with SaaS applications like Slack and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with AI tools, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and security compliance controls
