Job description

This role will focus on designing and building modern software solutions that support critical operational environments, with an emphasis on AI-enabled capabilities and reliable service delivery. The person in this position will collaborate closely with product owners, systems engineers, and technical leaders to translate requirements into scalable applications. A strong background in microservices, Agile delivery, and secure development practices will be essential to success in this role., * Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications

Collaborate in an Agile/SAFe environment with product owners and engineers
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Translate requirements into software solutions with systems engineering teams
Develop clean, maintainable code using CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
Contribute to system design discussions and technical decisions
Integrate services with databases, messaging systems, and APIs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience
Hands-on experience building microservices-based systems
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience or exposure to AI/ML-enabled systems or intelligent platforms
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
U.S. citizenship required
